Legitimation The processing of data for the aforementioned purposes is necessary for the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of the above-mentioned Controller to control and monitor its establishments and facilities, to protect the persons and property therein, all in accordance with Article 6.1.f) of the European Data Protection Regulation.
Addressees No transfer of data to third parties is foreseen in general, except to meet possible requirements of the authorities and, when necessary, to the entities of the Group to which the data controller belongs for internal administrative purposes.

The data may also be communicated to our trusted suppliers who will act as processors exclusively for operations related to the purposes indicated. In particular, to the security company/s subcontracted for the camera and surveillance management service, authorised for access to the images recorded from the control post where the video surveillance system will be installed.
