Geprom, in collaboration with ProMéxico, will hold a workshop on Wednesday, October 3rd, where attendees will be able to experience cases of industry 4.0 uses in real time.
The Mexican industry faces new challenges resulting from the digital transformation that global manufacturing is suffering. Industrial digitalization has become an obligatory step for all those companies that seek to increase their efficiency, quality and safety; increase its competitiveness in international markets; and change their mentality and their commitment to the future.
The block will involve leading companies and organizations in the sector and will show real success stories applied to the most demanding sectors and industries, sectors and industries that have already begun their journey towards the “Smart Factory”. The debate will also be enriched with the challenges that the audience poses.
The objective of the event will be to present attendees with real success stories applying new technologies in digital transformation –in terms of digitalization and process automation– achieving greater efficiency in production, greater transparency, and guaranteeing greater traceability and product quality and its processes.
Throughout the morning, the speakers will share their knowledge and experience with those present. On the one hand, Ciateq, technological center of Mexico, will talk about the added value in the development of technology for manufacturing, focusing on new IoT technologies within the industrial environment. On the other hand, and acting as speaker as well as organizer, Geprom, through its CEO Dario Cesena, will show the main innovations in the Smart Factory field through the success story of Seat Spain.
The event will take place at the EBC Escuela Bancaria Comercial of San Luis Potosí (Mexico) on October 3rd, from 8.30 am to 12 noon.
