What is statistical process control?

In this article we talk about statistical process control (statistical process control), this methodology is based on monitoring / data collection in machines and equipment to have statistical studies of the process, whose objective is to be able to anticipate possible problems or significant variations in production processes that may affect the quality of the final product or service.

Control through SPC allows us to detect any problem early, unlike other quality methods in which when you detect the problem it is already too late.

Time is a key element in production. For this reason, implementing and using SPC statistical process control has become a valuable tool, and it provides:

Cost reduction and time reduction in process cycle time – Profitability
